The Ramadan Detox

Ramadan isn’t just about abstaining; it’s about clearing space.
Clearing space in the heart. In our relationships. In how we work, think, and show up each day.
This Ramadan, join us for The Ramadan Detox, a four-part series designed to help you reset spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Experience this blessed month with greater presence, clarity, and intention.
Each session focuses on a different area of life that often becomes cluttered or neglected, and offers practical, faith-centered guidance to realign it for the sake of Allah.
What we’ll cover
Detox your heart
Learn how to assess the health of your heart, remove harmful assumptions about Allah, and cultivate husn al-dhann (thinking well of Allah). We’ll explore how hearts become weighed down, and how they’re cleansed.
Detox your relationships
Recenter your relationships around love for Allah’s sake. Learn how to rebuild strained family ties, show patience when others fall short, and become a source of mercy rather than resentment.
Detox your work
Find meaning in the mundane. Learn how to transform daily work into worship, balance productivity with presence, and protect time for dedicated ‘ibadah (worship) without burnout or guilt.
Detox your brain
Address mental overload, digital distraction, and spiritual disengagement. We’ll talk about using tools like social media intentionally, overcoming FOMO, and staying mentally and spiritually present, especially in the last 10 nights.
This series is for anyone who wants a Ramadan that feels lighter, clearer, and more rooted.
Join Thabaat, Miftaah Institute, and Rayyan Center for a weekly Qiyam series, following taraweeh on the first four Saturdays of Ramadan.
Each session will feature a new speaker, including Sh. Abdul Aziz Waheed, Dr. Asad Tarsin, Ustadh Ammar Quoqa, and more, in conversation with host Br. Tareq Tamr.
