Thabaat Professional: The Career & Life Intensive

June 13-14, 2026
Miftaah Institute

Transitioning with Purpose, Resilience and Excellence

Many young Muslims enter the workforce facing a significant transition gap. They may feel spiritually anxious about their sustenance (rizq), uncertain about their career direction, and unprepared for the fast-moving realities of the modern job search.

The Career & Life Intensive is an Islamically grounded, highly practical program designed to close this gap. Rather than focusing only on “getting hired,” the program helps participants build a life of purpose by integrating the principles of Ihsān (excellence) and Tawakkul (trust in Allah) into every professional decision.

This program is designed for college seniors, recent graduates, and early-to-mid career professionals who want to align their professional ambitions with their faith. Unlike traditional seminars, this is a working intensive. Participants will not simply sit and listen; they will engage in focused, hands-on working sessions to build their career materials in real time.

By the end of the program, each participant will leave not only with new insights, but with tangible outcomes including:

  • An interview-ready resume
  • A polished LinkedIn profile
  • A structured 90-day professional success plan

The Ihsān attendee experience ensures that excellence is reflected in every detail of the intensive. Participants will enjoy full food service and continuous café access at the Miftah Campus, along with a special gift provided to each attendee.

After the event, graduates will also gain access to an exclusive WhatsApp community, where they can continue to receive group coaching, ask questions, share opportunities, and celebrate career milestones together. No participant should feel that they are navigating their professional journey alone.
