Getting Hired: What Actually Works in Today's Market

For professionals navigating unemployment, an extended job search, or simply trying to figure out why the usual approach isn’t getting results, Thabaat Professional is bringing the conversation back to what actually works in today’s hiring market.
How do you stay strategic when opportunities feel limited? Are you positioning your experience in a way that makes your value clear? What can you change when you’re getting interviews but not offers, or applying consistently without hearing back?
This Fireside Chat will focus on practical ways to strengthen your job search, from sharpening how you present your experience and improving your interview approach to identifying what may be slowing down your progress. Rather than simply applying to more roles, the goal is to help you understand where to focus your effort, rebuild momentum, and move toward your next opportunity with a clearer plan.
Whether you’re early in your career, currently between roles, or navigating a longer-than-expected search, this conversation is designed for professionals across industries.
Space is limited; last ones sold out!
